my name is kathryn ann, but i usually go by kat.
i am a momma & i like creating/finding pretty, inspring things. those two things make me the happiest person in the world. im a big dreamer and a chronic list maker. i rarely finish something unless its work and i have too many ideas to stick with one for too long. (i'm working on this.)
i like painting, drawing and designing. i try to sew and crochet but im not as good as i want to be. my cat, oscar is funny. i like to travel, explore, and adventure, sometimes illegally into interesting places, buildings, shop and countrysides.i am OBSESSED with ANYTHING wes anderson.
im currently a self taught designer and illustrator/ waitress. my dream job is to work as a freelance designer with friends, amazing artists, and people who inspire me. (that way i can travel anywhere, anytime!) you can find my portfolio here.
i dislike doing dishes and being in a hurry. ive become obsessed lately with organization. it makes me happy. i am scatterbrained, awkward, a bit of a loner, completely unaware of my surroundings at all times and bump into everyone and everything, and a bit moody but that's okay. i have some pretty awesome people who love me regardless!
i have a wonderfully handsome and entertaining almost 3 year old son named conrad. he has taught me so much about life already! he warms my heart each day! conrad loves dinosaurs, painting, apples, motorcycles and rocks. oh and of course chocolate milk.
oh, my best friend, is the best best friend a girl could want. we hardly get to see eachother, but when we do we pick up where we left off. she is a big inspiration to me as a designer and as a person.
i like to ride my bike, Darcy, as much as possible.
